AlarMax Announces Kim Ripley as Regional Vice President, West

PITTSBURGH, PA — March 30, 2026 — AlarMax announces the appointment of Kim Ripley as Regional Vice President, West, where she will lead the company’s western U.S. branch network and support continued growth across the region.
Based in Las Vegas, Ripley brings more than 17 years of experience in sales leadership, operations, and territory development, with a proven track record of driving multi-million-dollar revenue growth and building high-performing teams.
Ripley has held leadership roles across complex, multi-market environments, most recently serving as Nevada Area Manager at Electrical Reliability Services, where she oversaw operations, team development, and financial performance across a large regional footprint. Prior to that, she spent several years with Johnson Controls, leading installation and service operations across multiple markets, while managing significant budgets and delivering consistent performance against growth targets.
In her role at AlarMax, Ripley will focus on strengthening alignment across the western branch network, expanding market presence, and supporting branch teams throughout the region.
