The Flair Waterguard is designed to detect water or any electrically conductive fluid. The Waterguard will wire directly to any Alarm Panel or Digital Communicator with out the need for any special processors. Just connect the Waterguard to an input loop as you would a standard Open Circuit Switch. When rising conductive liquid reaches the probes the Waterguard will activate, shorting the Loop. With only 1 microampere standby current the Waterguard will also work with Wireless Systems.

The Flair Waterguard Model 3000-H2O is heavy enough to sit on the floor and designed to detect water or any electrically conductive fluid. The Waterguard will wire directly to any Alarm Panel or Digital Communicator with out the need for any special processors. Just connect the Waterguard to an input loop as you would a standard Open Circuit Switch observing polarity, Black-Negative and Red-Positive. When rising conductive liquid reaches the probes the Waterguard will activate, shorting the Loop. With only 1 microampere standby current the Waterguard will also work with most wireless transmitters.
FLAIR ELECTRONICS FLR-1010H2O, SURFACE MOUNT WATER PROBE
The 1010-H2O is a Water Probe that connects to a smart control panel that can detect the presence of water when the water bridges across the two protruding probes. There is no polarity so the wires can be connected to either terminal. Multiple water sensor probes may be connected on the same two wires in parallel. The 1010-H2O is best mounted on the base board or wall just above the floor using two screws. Use with the Flair SZA200-H2O or other smart alarm panels.
