Keri’s PXL-500 Controller hardware platform provides sophisticated access control solutions for up to 256 doors at a single site and thousands of doors spread over a number of remote sites. The unique architecture allows Keri to offer the system hardware at a lower cost compared to other manufacturers. It also contains many features that simplify and significantly reduce the cost of installation. The system is managed by Keri’s doors.NET software.

The NXT-MSC-KIT4 from Keri Systems is a NXT Four Door Distributor Kit Contains (1) NXT-4DMSC Controller, (4) NXT-3R Mullion Readers, (1) DNET-APP doors.net, (1) KPS-3 Power Supply, (4) NXT-C Clamshell Cards, (4) NXT-K Key Tags, (4) NXT-I ISO Imageable Card.

The NXT-2D Controller is built for today’s IT environments. By using an existing TCP/IP network, controller cabling costs can be eliminated. Or, if building a new network, they can be reduced up to 50% over traditional hard-wired access systems by using inexpensive, CAT-5 cable. The NXT-2D is designed to be extremely intelligent with little reliance on network traffic for decision making, allowing it to be thrifty with any network’s valuable bandwidth. With Ethernet functionality built directly into the controller, Keri’s proprietary MAC addressing scheme allows for reliable hardware discovery and true one-button auto-configuration.

Conekt comprises Farpointe Data’s contactless smartcard reader solution with mobile access support. Based upon the proven LEGIC contactless digital radio frequency identification (RFID) platform, Conekt readers interface with a wide range of electronic access control systems by complying with either the legacy Wiegand or bi-directional Open Supervised Device Protocol (OSDP). They offer value-add features such as MAXSecure and ValidID, and support both sector and card serial number (CSN) reads. In addition to traditional contactless smartcard access credentials, such as clamshell cards and key tags, the platform also offers the option of mobile access credentials loaded on Bluetooth Low Energy (BLE)-enabled smartphones. This allows the smartphone to function as a contactless electronic access control credential. Conekt access credentials, both traditional and mobile, can be ordered programmed to various formats in exact number sequence required.

Additionally, Pyramid cards and tags are passive devices, eliminate maintenance by requiring no battery, and can be ordered to support several proximity reader technologies.

Each card contains its own, unique ID code and is protected with 128-Encryption for maximum security in access control environments. The NXT-I supports photo ID printing and is about the size of a credit card, which fits easily into a wallet or purse.

With a large-font, 4-line, scrolling display, the Silver has a 750 tenant capacity, enough to handle the large majority of projects. Designed for looks and durability, it comes in an attractive, weather resistant, 14-gauge brushed stainless steel enclosure. The Silver entry panel is available at a price well below competitive medium capacity systems on the market. A no-phone-line system is available as an option.

Ranger from Farpointe Data sets the electronic security benchmark for high frequency, long-range identification Receivers and Transmitters. Based upon proven contactless digital ultra-high frequency (UHF) technology, the Ranger Receivers interface with a wide range of electronic access control systems by complying with the Wiegand communication protocol. They offer value-add features such as MAXSecure™ and up to 150 feet of read range (WRT-2M with WRR-44). The WRT-2M Transmitter is an active device, powered by a highly reliable and common battery, and can be fitted with an adhesive disc tag, such as Farpointe’s model PDT-1—that adheres to the back of the Transmitter—which also allows it to be used as a close-range presentation-style access credential. Disc tags, which are sold separately, are available in a variety of protocols. 26Bit is standard, and will programmed as such unless specified otherwise.
