The BX Shield (BXS) series is a range of quad PIR sensors that are ideal for protecting windows and the immediate boundaries of a building or site. Combining great usability and versatile design, the BX Shield series includes four PIRs, two on each side of the unit. Detection range and sensitivity can be adjusted independently on each side of the sensor, up to 80ft total (40ft per side), for high-performing flexibility. Equipped with SMDA logic (Super Multidimensional Analysis), the BX Shield drastically improves immunity against changes in temperature or moving trees and vegetation, effectively distinguishing between the cause of nuisance false alarms and genuine intrusions. The BXS also excels in environments where the temperature difference between the human body and the background is very small, due to its extreme high detection mode increasing the PIR sensitivity, preventing any missed alarms.

The new line of AI IP cameras from CHeKT feature advanced AI tracking algorithms, a rich library of detection behaviors, and offer deep learning features that enable the cameras to learn and identify the objects detected and offer true human and vehicle type identification, to remove any false objects that might trigger detections. The AI cameras are also able to learn and identify behaviors of the objects being detected to ensure significantly reduced false alarms and increase operator awareness.

The Optex DX-40 is a PIR and microwave sensor combined detector that is able to provide an application with an enhanced operation to increased efficiency. The DX-40 PIR detector comes with a 1.5 to 2.4m mounting height, a 12 × 12m range, Quad Zone with 82 detection zones, as well as fail-safe technology that allows for the switching from microwave operation to single PIR operation if the microwave operation fails. The DX-40 PIR detector also features a compact and attractive stylish design, multi-focus optic adjustments, temperature compensation logic, small animal immunity, and is able to offer effortless installation within many applications.

The ‘fit’ FTN-R offers the perfect solution for those outdoor areas where false alarms caused by environmental disturbances and small animals are an issue. The wireless-ready, battery powered version allow installers to save valuable installation time and labor costs because no trenching, installing conduit or pulling wire is required. The FTN-R includes a wireless-ready backbox to hold a third party’s battery and wireless transmitter, and it comes with a built in bracket that enables horizontal rotation of 190 degrees. It’s compact size and flexible detection area allow the sensor to ‘fit’ into a variety of both residential and commercial applications.

Accurance OV-102CB(E) is an anti-tailgating system with human tracking technology and direction-determining capability, for multiple applications. The sensor provides various levels of action in case of tailgating, including “alert/deterrence,” “deterrence/simplified prevention” and “prevention,” according to the security levels customers demand and the situation. The system offers various advanced features, including the Escort Function, which allows entry of a visitor who does not have the authoriZed credentials needed to enter the secured area, and the external output of images obtained by a detection unit.
