The LE4010 can intelligently monitor the panel transmission and switch over to the Cellular network when the phone line is down. This function will occur for both traditional POTS and newer digital technologies (i.e. VoIP).

The cellular communicator enables secure two-way IP communication over the cellular network by plugging into a compatible control panel or communicator interface.

LTE modules bring alarm.com’s secure wireless signaling, real-time event notification and Web-based remote monitoring and control capabilities to the Simon XT/XTi/XTi-5 panels. The digital wireless communication enables secure alarm reporting to a central monitoring station via SIA or Contact ID, regardless of whether or not a phone line is installed at the system location. The module also enables Simon XT/XTi/XTi-5 end users to monitor and control their security system remotely via the alarm.com web site and mobile/PDA devices. These devices support two-way voice over cellular, allowing users to speak directly to a central station in the event of an emergency. Additionally, using the Z-Wave® enabled modems provides the added functionality of controlling Z-Wave class devices such as lighting and thermostats. This module works with Verizon.

The SLE-ANTEXT dual-band indoor / outdoor antenna provides omnidirectional coverage in cellular frequencies. When the minimum signal strength required by the Napco StarLink radio installation instructions cannot be met, the StarLink SLEANTEXT external antenna may be used to increase the signal strength. The SLE-ANTEXT is intended for use with StarLink SLE Series and Star- Link SLE Fire Series UL Listed communicators. The SLE-ANTEXT is designed to minimize loss and maximize gain (you can likely expect a gain of 3dB). Although we recommend using the SLEANTEXT, any similar cell phone external antenna may be used without violating the UL Listing of the SLE radio (always keep the length of the coax cable as short as possible to minimize signal loss). Always mount the SLE-ANTEXT on a flat metalground plane. The supplied mounting bracket is the minimum size that should be used; use of a larger size is preferred. For outdoor installations, always follow NEC requirements for grounding.

The ADC-SEM220-PS-AT from DSC is a Dual Path System Enhancement Module. This cost effective solution allows you to migrate compatible DSC PowerSeries Panels (PC1616, PC1832, PC1864) to the interactive services from alarm.com. The ADC-SEM220-PS-AT supports 4G LTE AT&T and optional Broadband Ethernet.
