The Paxton10 Slimline Reader combines multi-format technology with compact design (48mm width mullion mount) to perfectly complement the Paxton10 system.
The slimline reader is equipped with multi-format reading technology designed to simultaneously read the most common types of cards and tokens, including Paxton, EM, MIFARE® DESFIRE® CSN, HID® Prox 125kHz, FeliCa and NFC.
Installation – The reader wires are color coded and can be connected color for color to a Paxton10 Door or Video controller. Avoid mounting near other proximity readers as this may affect the read range. The cable exits centrally from the back of the reader making drilling and mounting very accurate.
The reader is supplied with 5 meters of cable and can be extended using Belden 8723 cable.
Operation – A token is read by holding it within close proximity of the reader. Once a token has been read the control unit looks up the access permissions of that user. Access is then granted or denied as appropriate.

The Keri Systems MS-5000BX is a smallest readers, 3.4 “long x 1.4” broad x 0.38” thick (86mm x 36mm x 10mm), and mounts to a metal window or door frame or wall. Up to 4 “ (10cm). The 4.3 “109mm long x 3.0” broad x 0.38” thick; may be installed on a single-gang electrical box or wall. Read range is up to 6” (15cm) when mounted at least one inch off metal. Read range will be decreased if the reader is placed using a metal electrical connection box. When used with a PXL-250, PXL-100, or IntelliProx, a beeper and multicolored LED indicate the reader’s status. MS-5000 MiniStar Reader is waterproof and shockproof.

The e-style keypad uses hardened backlit keys to ensure long-term durability and high-quality performance. e style keypads are designed for both indoor and outdoor flush mount applications. The electronics for each e keypad are conformally coated in the manufacturing process in order to provide this level of application flexibility.

Kantech eXtended Secure Format (XSF) readers are compatible only with Kantech EntraPass software which includes access to over four billion unique codes. Kantech’s XSF cards provide increased security against card duplication.

P series readers are for use with Switch2 and Net2 systems. The reader is supplied with a black fascia only. Replacement fascias are available in black and white/grey from the Paxton Portal.
We have added Genuine HID Technology to the majority of our Paxton readers, they can now read HID 125kHz Proximity tokens, when licensed with an activation card. If required these readers can still be enabled to have Wiegand output, via a separate activation card.

The HID-921NTNNEK00000 is a black, multiclass SE reader that features a keypad, RPK 40 Sub Class, Wiegand communication, a pigtail connection, and standard one key security. The 921NTNNEK00000 simplifies migration from legacy technologies with support Indala, AWID and EM4102, and provides customers the assurance that their existing investments can be leveraged to enhance their system as business requirements change.

The multiCLASS SE RPK40 is part of HID Global’s iCLASS SE platform for adaptable, interoperable access control. Designed for multi-factor authentication door applications requiring standard wall switch mounting, multiCLASS SE RPK40 supports a broad array of 13.56 MHz high frequency and 125 kHz low frequency credential technologies and a variety of form factors, including cards, fobs and mobile devices. Configurable to support HID Mobile Access®.

The Paxton10 Keypad supports two factor authentication in Paxton10, using PIN/code and token. The keypad is fully back-lit with hardened silicon buttons to ensure longevity.
