Pet-friendly Selectivity (WP models only) The installer can turn pet immunity on or off based upon application requirements. When pet immunity is turned off, the detector provides superior catch performance identical to the non-pet models. When pet immunity is turned on, the detector can distinguish between signals caused by humans and signals caused by pets. It ignores signals caused by one or two pets up to 45 kg (100 lb) or numerous rodents.

The FlipX Series is our new generation of indoor PIR detectors equipped with innovative pyroelectric element and rotatable lens, a feature unique to OPTEX. By simply removing the case and flipping the lens 180°, the detection pattern can be customized from 85° wide for covering large open spaces, to just 5° for covering long narrow passages or windows. The FlipX Series is ideal for indoor applications ranging from residential to high-end commercial sites.

The Bravo5 is a ceiling mount detector designed to provide reliable motion detection for residential and commercial applications. The Bravo5 uses a special Fresnel lens made for 360° detection in conjunction with a quad element PIR sensor optimized for uniform detection all around its field of view. Special attention is given to false alarm immunity against RF, static, electrical transient to ensure trouble free operation for many years.

The FX-360 ceiling-mount detector with its unique, highly durable spherical lens offers unparalleled 360° detection performance. False alarm protection technologies, such as RFI Protection, Temperature Protection and Noise Reduction, come as standard, giving the FX-360 the most unbeatable reliability in its class. Sensor data fusion technology is a unique feature that uses a sophisticated software algorithm to gather signals from five sensors: two pyroelectric sensors, range adaptive radar, a room temperature sensor, and a white light level sensor. The microcontroller analyzes and compares the sensor data to make the most intelligent alarm decisions in the security industry.

Provides enhanced signal processing, 360° x 7.5 m (24 ft) pattern, mounts to surfaces, or mounts semi-flush into a ceiling.

The ASC-SS1 shock sensor protects all types of glass: plate, wired, tempered, and laminated. The sensor will protect the glass within an 8 feet radius from the sensor for glass up to 1/4 inch thick. The ASC-SS1 mounts directly to the glass surface and is wired to a two wire powered protective loop.
