To request a return or refund, please contact your sales representative. We accept returns for new, unopened products within 30 days of purchase, excluding special orders. Items must be in their original packaging and in new condition. Returns may also be accepted for repair, and terms will vary based on the manufacturer's warranty. If a product is defective out of the box, we will exchange it at no cost or issue a credit based on the manufacturer's policy. For products deemed non-defective or damaged by the customer, associated replacement charges may apply.
